It's cool here as well, so this morning it's a walk on the beach me thinks.

  7. G'day, A.M.
Perhaps I ought to disguise my voice when I say own up to not having known this artiste at all. How to be 'hot' and 'cool' simultaneously! - a refreshing change from so many hit-makers.

All fine here. Glad to read that your 'climate' has become a bit more amenable both to you and the pussies. We're now around 70 these days which suits us very well - though due fr a {final?) blast of Summer heat in a few days time. We'll live with that as know it can't last.

Btw: and I'll say this in a whisper. Any special plans for Tues? (Nudge nudge - shhhhhh!)

    Byeeeeee!

    1. today was a wonderful day; I turned off the air conditioner and opened the windows. a nice cool breeze from the tropical storm moving up the coast helped. we are supposed to get some rain from that storm tomorrow.

you won't BELIEVE what I have in mind for tuesday!

and spouse and janey and I went to see "florence foster jenkins" today; I left you a comment in your own movie review.

  8. I miss that song. I remember ABC Sports used that song as background music when they announced the starting grid for a mid 70s Indy 500 race. To be honest, I think the last time I heard that song was about 40 years ago!

Have a great weekend. I'm a little beat up right now but otherwise I'm doing good.

  9. I haven't heard any Mangione since the '70's. I appreciate the refresher course.
Cooler weather is finally here and no rain in three days!!!
BUT the heat is supposed to return next week.
Having a relaxing holiday weekend and luv to the kitties!

  12. Nice to hear an instrumental piece for a change. You've got to admire the technique of playing wind instruments. Have you ever blown a big horn, Anne Marie?

    1. hiya magpie!
the mistress must have gotten lost in p-town.
or she was spirited off to never-never-land by a rich man.
or she's drunk under a bridge.
      I have no clue.
